The beginning
Property RX, Inc. is our company for buying, selling, fixing, flipping, and holding rentals for real estate investing. This is our story. I, Kathryn Springsteen, am a real estate investor and a Realtor in Northern California. I work on educating myself to build small businesses, and I belong to a wonderful community of investors in Sacramento who have taught me and supported me along the way. I appreciate my family, friends, clients, my broker, and team of supporters. My husband Tim is my best friend and a wonderful General Engineering Contractor who is assisting me in reaching my dreams while I assist him with his own dreams. Our two adult children also have begun their own journey with our investor team and with the investor education. They are also working on several projects with us. Our two teens are growing up quickly and have their own dreams they are working toward. We are excited to begin this story of our future adventures in business and real estate. You can find out more
