Visit to Kansas property

I bought a property on auction. I thought it would be easier to get to, but it’s much farther away from an airport than I had anticipated. The town is very small in the middle of the geographic United States. Lebanon, Kansas. is a tiny town that gets tourists traveling through to see the geographical center. I think it’s actually in a corn or hay field. Unfortunately, there is no place for anyone to stay unless they have their own trailer or motorhome. When I visited yesterday there was a freezing cold wind with snow flurries. My dad drove me out there 6 hours from Stockton, where he lives in Missouri. He is a former contractor who did the inspection for me on the house. We met with a Realtor from Smith Center 15 miles away. We also met a contractor and his friend who does flooring. We discussed our options with the house. Fix and Flip, Rental, or Airbnb. I am going to look over the bids and make a final decision later.
